Back On Their Feet Fund™
In January 2022, the Foundation created the Back On Their Feet Fund™ to alleviate acute financial distress through grants to individuals. Grants of up to $10,000 will be made to individuals and families in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia who are experiencing a short-term financial crisis that can be fully resolved with a one-time cash grant. Examples include victims of natural disasters, crime and temporary illness. Grant requests will be accepted only from governmental agencies and recognized charitable organizations that are applying on behalf of specific individual clients.
